With the advent of social media and it's influence on politics, we're looking for a person who has experience guiding campaigns with the online world. 

They should have experience with political campaigns preferably at the national level in addition to smaller state and local campaigns.

They should also be not only comfortable but excel at utlizing the various social media outlets.
